🔁 Convert to USD
Pick a coin, enter an amount, and see its value at the current price.
How the converter works
Choose a cryptocurrency, type in how much of it you hold, and the converter multiplies that amount by the coin's live US-dollar price to show what it is worth right now. Prices come from CoinGecko and cover the 50 largest coins by market value, so you will find Bitcoin, Ethereum and the major names alongside popular altcoins and stablecoins.
The number updates the moment you change the amount or the coin. Because crypto markets move around the clock, the figure you see is a live snapshot — reload the page for the freshest price.
What you can use it for
- Check a holding. See the dollar value of the coins in your wallet at a glance.
- Sanity-check a trade. Before you buy or sell, confirm roughly what an amount is worth.
- Compare coins. Convert one unit of different coins to see how their prices stack up.
If you want to work out the profit on a trade rather than just a current value, use the crypto profit calculator instead. To gauge the overall mood of the market, check the Fear & Greed Index.
A note on prices and fees
The converter shows the market reference price. When you actually buy or sell on an exchange, the price you get can differ slightly because of the spread between buyers and sellers, plus any trading fee the platform charges. Treat the converted figure as a close estimate rather than an exact quote.
Frequently asked questions
Which coins can I convert?
The converter covers the top 50 cryptocurrencies by market capitalisation, refreshed live from CoinGecko. That includes Bitcoin, Ethereum, major altcoins and the main stablecoins.
Are the prices live?
Yes. Each time the page loads it pulls the current market price from CoinGecko, and the value updates instantly as you change the amount or coin.
Why is the converted value different from what my exchange shows?
The converter uses a market reference price. Exchanges add a spread between buy and sell prices and often a trading fee, so the amount you actually receive can be slightly lower or higher.
Can I convert to currencies other than US dollars?
This converter shows values in US dollars. For other currencies, check the individual coin pages on our prices section or your exchange.
